TheStorage is a Finnish startup solving a critical challenge in decarbonization: how to utilize intermittent renewable energy in industrial heat processes that require constant, high-temperature heat. Our sand-in-motion thermal energy storage is the missing piece that makes this possible. It enables industrial companies to replace fossil fuels with renewable energy in their heat production, drastically lowering both costs and emissions.

What you'll do

• Lead process E&I and automation development

• Lead plant medium voltage electricity design

• Lead E&I procurement strategy and collaborate closely with suppliers and partners

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement

• Plan and participate in validation activities, including prototyping, and pilot plant testing

• Ensure product and service safety throughout the product lifecycle

• Provide technical support for customer projects

What are we looking for

• Strong understanding of process automation within the industrial or energy sector

• Experience with medium-voltage electrical systems is considered a strong asset

• Experience with procurement processes and supply chain development

• Innovative and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• A hands-on approach and willingness to work in the field

• Good teamwork skills and passion for contributing to a fast-growing team and a continuously evolving business.
